
- 1 cup ice
- 1 heaped teaspoon of lecithin granules or EPO oil
- 150g of sugar free coconut yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 10 organic almonds
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) or mango!
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until well combined.
- You’re done, now enjoy!
