Protein Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice 
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of lecithin granules or EPO oil 
  • 150g of sugar free coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 10 organic almonds
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) or mango!
Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until well combined. 
  • You’re done, now enjoy!
