
Note: If you can't have lemon then simply leave it out.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 lemon (peeled)- 1/2 celery stalk
- 125mls coconut water (or filtered water)
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1 inch piece of cucumber
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of fresh coriander
Method:
Place all ingredients into a good blender and blend until smooth, then enjoy!
